However, their quality is often low due to the widespread presence of domain walls and defects. In this work, we explored the annealing process undergone by monolayers of superparamagnetic colloids adsorbed onto fluid interfaces in the presence of magnetic field pulses. These systems present the extraordinary peculiarity that both the extent and the character of interparticle interactions can be adjusted at will by simply varying the strength and orientation of the applied field so that the application of field pulses results in a sudden input of energy. Specifically, we have studied the effect of polycrystal size, pulse duration, slope and frequency on the efficiency of the annealing process and found that (i) this strategy is only effective when the polycrystal consists of less than approximately 10 domains; (ii) that the pulse duration should be of the order of magnitude of the time required for the outer particles to travel one diameter during the heating step; (iii) that the quality of larger polycrystals can be slightly improved by applying tilted pulses. Scaling and Interoperability of All-Path with Bridged and SDN Domains using VXLANs

The 44th IEEE Conference on Local Computer Networks (LCN), October 14-17, 2019, Osnabrück, Germany.All-Path protocols, namely ARP-Path and TCPPath, provide shortest path bridging by using path discovery and backwards learning in meshed topologies. However, their domain size may be limited to prevent excessive Layer 2 (L2) broadcast traffic overload in hosts. This paper proposes the use of Virtual Extensible Local Area Network (VXLAN) to solve this issue. Moreover, this paper also verifies the extensibility of All-Path domains and its interoperability with other different L2 protocols via VXLAN, which enables flexible network hybridization. Although encapsulation via VXLAN is heavier than other standard protocols designed for L2 scalability, the overall advantages and suitability for virtualized networks are excellent. Metas y Compromiso de los opositores al cuerpo de maestros en la especialidad de Educación Primaria

The objective of this article is to understand the teaching and commitment goals towards one´s job from the point of view of candidates applying for state primary education positions, which is a group that has hardly been studied. The sample is made up of candidates applying for primary education posts. The results obtained by means of two questionnaires inform about the validity of the instrument, and also about the goals of candidates and their level of commitment. The relation between these two variables is analyzed, as well as any differences with regard to gender, teaching experience, or the number of public examinations taken by candidates.Este artículo tiene como finalidad avanzar en el conocimiento de las metas respecto a la función docente y del compromiso con la tarea, desde el punto de vista de un colectivo muy escasamente estudiado como es el de los opositores al cuerpo de maestros, futuros docentes del sistema educativo público.La muestra está formada por opositores al cuerpo de maestros en la especialidad de Educación Primaria y sobre ellos estudiaremos los temas anteriormente indicados. Los resultados obtenidos mediante el empleo de dos cuestionarios ofrecen información, en primer lugar, sobre la validación de dichos cuestionarios. Posteriormente, se ofrece información sobre las metas de los opositores y sobre su nivel de compromiso. A continuación, se comprueba la relación entre las variables anteriormente referidas, así como la existencia de diferencias en función del género, de la experiencia docente o del número de oposiciones a las que se han presentado los participantes

De hecho, las patologías crónicas son, en la actualidad, responsables del 59% de las muertes en el mundo y copan más del 70% del gasto sanitario, y ésto nos obliga a continuar emprendiendo nuevas actuaciones. El Sistema Sanitario Público de Andalucía tiene una orientación, desde hace años, hacia los pacientes con enfermedades crónicas. Esto se refleja, tanto en la cartera de servicio de Atención Primaria, como en la puesta en marcha de herramientas orientadas a facilitar la accesibilidad, la continuidad asistencial y el automanejo de la propia situación de salud.
